A New Way to Commute: Ridepanda is now in South Natomas. The South Natomas TMA is excited to introduce a new commuting benefit for employees at our member companies. Ridepanda offers a simple, flexible way to get around with monthly subscriptions for e-bikes, pedal bikes, and scooters.

Notice: Annual Dues Increase
At its June 2025 meeting, the SNTMA Board of Directors approved the first dues increase in eleven years. The increase will go into effect with 2026 invoices. On October 16th, from 8:30-9:30 AM, via Zoom, we will have an Open Forum to address questions related to the dues increase.
