The South Natomas TMA works cooperatively with the greater South Natomas community on transportation management and air quality issues.

First incorporated in 1989, we are a nonprofit, mutual benefit corporation comprised of approximately 200 employers and representing over 7,500 employees in the area.

We offer many benefits to our members, including transit subsidies, carpool subsidies, Emergency Ride Home, advocacy, and more.

2020 Bucks for Bikes Program

The SNTMA has limited funds for approximately twenty Bucks for Bikes subsidies. We are offering up to $720 or 90% of the purchase cost of a new bike, whichever is less to the TMA, for bikes purchased at the Natomas Bike Shop. Complete the attached application and return it to Stephanie at Stephanie@sntma.org.  As a condition of funding, recipients will track commute usage in May is Bike Month 2020. The application deadline is 3/27/2020. One cannot receive both the Bike Maintenance & Accessory and Bucks for Bikes subsidies in the same calendar year. One can only receive a Bucks for Bikes subsidy every 3 years. See the attached Bucks for Bikes application.

OfficeShare Bikes

The SNTMA awards up to ten Dahon Vybe D7 folding bikes to member companies each year. The offices who receive an OfficeShare Bike must host a one hour Smart Cycling Clinic instructed by a League of American Bicyclists certified instructor. The SNTMA pays for the instructor. These clinics are typically done during the lunch hour and employees bring a brown bag lunch. Once awarded, the bike belongs to the office.
